Rainbow mountain in Cusco

Located 100 kilometers south east of Cusco, the mountain of seven colors, also known as Vinicunca, is located in the Vilcanota mountain range at an altitude of 5,200 meters above sea level, in the district of Pitumarca.

We will pick you up at 4:30 am in the morning at the hotel in a minivan. Then we will continue for a 2-hour tour seeing impressive views and Andean villages with typical clothing of the area. Then we will have a buffet breakfast in Cusipata for 40 minutes. After breakfast we will continue in the minivan for a stretch of 1 hour. And in spite of our walk for 2 hours where we will appreciate llamas, alpacas and the Andes mountain range, seeing impressive landscapes such as the snowy Ausangate. Arriving in the mountains we will have 40 minutes to enjoy the landscape, then we will return in the minivan and have lunch in Cusipata and then return to Cusco at approximately 5:30 p.m.
